Just returned to the San Diego area from the Hinder show at House of Blues. It was a smokin’ hot concert! Some prime shots were taken of the band members during their first three songs, and the show itself can be described in no other way but AWESOME!Opening for Hinder was a band called Adelita’s Way.
Adelita’s Way is local to Las Vegas, NV and was an obvious good choice for an opening act. They put on such a great show I now have to include them among my favorites.
Here’s the set list for Adelita’s Way:
1. Hate Love (my personal favorite)
2. Last Stand
3. Look Out Below
5. Derailment (another personal favorite)
I can’t wait to go out and get their cd. I did get a few good shots of them as well, but not as many as I would have liked since this was my first shoot for a national show. I hope the band likes what I did get and allows me to shoot again. As for Hinder, they were nothing less than energizing. I love their music so much I had trouble keeping the camera still. Unfortunately, I was not able to get my hands on their set list, but here it goes from memory: How Long, By The Way, Nothin’ Good About Goodbye, Bliss, Better Than Me, Room 21, Lips Of An Angel, Homecoming Queen, Born To Be Wild (Awesome Cover), and of course, Get Stoned. They also acoustically played two beautiful new songs. I’m sorry to say I don’t remember the titles for both, but I do remember one was called Thing For You.After the show Jessica and I had an opportunity to have a few of the members from Adelita’s Way sign their set list for us and let Jessica take a picture with them. Thanks, to both bands for letting us take their pictures and get the word out about them. Check back to view the photos in a separate entry Friday evening 12/07/2007! Sorry for the delay.
