The Riders: 200 Miles From Everywhere

The Riders
200 Miles from Everywhere

Ok, so I’ve been selfishly listening to this CD for a week or so and I must say this is a must have for everyone. My personal favorites off this album are “Someday Soon”, “Too Far Away Tonight”, and “Angels Can’t Carry Roses.” I would describe them as rock and in the same categories as Tom Petty and along the lines of U2. The CD is GREAT to listen to everywhere. In the car, at home, parties, or a relaxing day at the beach with you and that special someone! (Disclaimer: Special someone not provided!)

We had the good fortune of meeting Tom Cusimano (Vocal, Guitars, & Piano) at the Robert Plant and Alison Krauss concert at Humphrey’s By The Bay in San Diego, CA. Tom’s a smart young business minded artist with his eyes on a bright future. The band recently moved from the L.A. area to San Diego and we look forward to the opportunity to review their music in a live setting. To check them out for yourself you can go to www.theridersmusic.com where you can listen to (or buy) tracks from 200 Miles From Everywhere and their previous album Overnight Success. You can also find show dates scheduled for the local area.
