Tune in on Wednesday, October 22 for Game 1 of the 2008 World Series when Nick Carter and the Backstreet Boys perform the National Anthem in their home state of Florida when the Tampa Bay Rays take on the Philadelphia Phillies!

    @ Nicky: REALLY! I don’t post news and information here that isn’t true. Unless they pull last minute from singing Nick and the boys will be singing the National Anthem. Again, I get news directly from the artists or their publicists. This piece of news came from their publicist.

    The game starts at 8pm (EST) on Fox Sports – I assume the National Anthem will begin very soon after that, so you may want to tune in a couple of min early!

    It’s all over http://www.mlb.com the Backstreet Boys are performing the National Anthem tonight for Game 1 of the World Series, Los Lonely Boys tomorrow… I suspect Bon Jovi will do either 3 or 4 in Philly and BoyzIIMen the other…
