3 Doors Down and the Beale St. Music Festival

3 doors down 2008

We’re excited about coming to Memphis in a couple of weeks to headline on the Cellular South stage at the Beale Street Music Festival. Memphis has such a long and strong tradition as the home of great rock and roll music. It’s an honor to be invited to play at this festival with some of the best in the business. When we play there, home won’t be that far away for most of us – our band was originally formed in Escatawpa, Mississippi. We just hit the roads – or should we say the waters – for the VH1 Best Cruise Ever, a four-day cruise from Tampa to the Grand Caymans aboard the Carnival Inspiration. We join several other bands helping all the passengers and fans rock out on the water. Don’t forget, mark your calendar for Sunday, May 2 so you can check out a “thoroughly modern American band” – as Billboard Magazine calls us. See you there!
