Ximena Sariñana is a very accomplished 25 year old woman. She is breaking into the US market with her second release, Ximena Sariñana, that was released August 2nd. Ximena has already taken home a Grammy, Latin Grammy, and can add actress to her resume. Her solo career in music started in 2008 with her first studio album Mediocre, a pop rock album. Medicore is the album that drew attention of the critics and landed two Grammy nominations at the Latin Grammy Awards in 2008.

Ximena played a variety of her pop driven songs on the BMI Stage at Lollapalooza. She writes most of her songs and plays the keyboard. She didn’t really leave her keys, but that didn’t stop the crowd from loving her.
