Metal pioneer Willie Basse (PICTURED, Black Sheep, Buddy Miles)joined other celebs on the red carpet for the kick-off of the annual Sunset Strip Music Festival with a tribute to Motley Crue at House of Blues in West Hollywood,CA. Celebrities on the red carpet included Motley Crue, DJ Ashba (Guns N’ Roses), Buckcherry, Dane Cook, Escape the Fate, David Johansen (New YorkDolls), Ray Manzarek (The Doors), Neil Strauss (Rock author) and more. Basse, who has just returned from a US tour with Adler’s Appetite, featuring original Guns N’ Roses drummer Steven Adler, is currently planning another US Tour.
