
Welcome back to my Monthly Mixer! In honor of St Patty’s Day I would like to highlight an Irish mixture called the Shamrock Mint. It’s green, it’s creamy, and a lil filling.
Drink Ingredients:
1 oz Baileys
1 oz Crème de Menthe
Milk
Whip Cream
Drink Preparation:
Add Baileys, Crème de Menthe, fill with Milk and top with Whip Cream.
Servings: 1
The Hangover:
Honestly I could only have one. The milk threw me off a bit even though it was super tasty! I think I will keep this one in mind as a dessert cocktail. I bet this would also be good with hot chocolate….hmmm that sounds like a good idea.
