Cavo just released their newest album, Thick as Thieves, and can now be found on tour to support the album. They opened for Black Stone Cherry earlier this year and are truly a force to be reckoned with. Cavo at the Fuel Room in Libertyville, IL 2/1/2012

Cavo is a four piece rock band that hails from St. Louis, Missouri. Their career started to shine back in 2008 with an EP featuring “Champagne.” Soon after the song saw huge success on St. Louis’ rock radio station, they were picked up by Warner Bros. Records. The song made it to the their major label release, Bright Nights, Dark Days in 2009 and also sat at the number one spot on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Charts. They’ve toured with some of the hottest rock bands and they are starting 2012 with Black Stone Cherry.

Cavo won over many new fans at the Fuel Room in Libertyville last night. They have a sound that mixes Rob Thomas, Incubus, and a dash of King of Leon. They played songs off their new album Thick as Thieves that will be released this spring. Check out the official music video below.
