Ruth Pale Ale
Hair of the Dog Brewing Company
The initial smell of the beer was a very earthy smell, typical of traditional pale ales. The beer is brewed with organic pilsner malt and whole Northwest hop flowers. Hair of the Dog brewery is out of Portland, OR. Other tastes of my first impression was some citrus-y type flavors as well. Wasn’t very dry and very easy to drink. I recommend this beer to any and all beer drinkers. Very highly recommended!
