Their legendary show is full of production value and an electrifying experience for all audiences that attend. They are coming off their sixth studio albumCircuital that was released at the end of May of this year peaking at number five on the Billboard album chart.

Amy: Many of the band members are from the Louisville area, are you actually from Louisville as well?

Bo: I actually grew up in Cleveland, a Cleveland boy. I haven’t lived there in a long time but I grew up there. I spent the first 21 or 22 years of my life there.

Amy: You guys opened your tour for Circuital in Louisville at the Palace Theater. You had it broadcast on Youtube with a director. It was a large production. What was that experience like for the band?

Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival

Coachella Valley Music Festival

April 25-27th, 2008

When I moved out to California my eyes and ears really opened. As a music fan a cone suer not knowing what the Coachella Music Festival is could be a sin. I am trying to make up for that sin by informing other readers out there what Coachella is so maybe I don’t feel so alone.

Coachella is a music & arts festival that resides in Indio, California at the Empire Polo Fields. It has days of continuous music (3 days to be exact), camping, yes camping, and this year it all happens April 25 -27th.

This years line-up is too long to list, but you can get it here. The headliners include Jack Johnson, The Verve, Portishead, Kraftwerk, Roger Waters, My Morning Jacket, Love And Rockets, and Fat Boys Slim. I really could go on, but really its insanely long.
