New York — San Francisco-based quintet Thriving Ivory will be online December 8, 2008 to play NHL ‘09 with Xbox LIVE® members.  Any Xbox LIVE Gold member can participate simply by sending a friend request to the gamertag Thriving GWF, and logging on a half hour prior (2:30 P.M. EST) to the Game with Fame session at 3:00 P.M. E.S.T.  The landing page is live and can be viewed at www.xbox.com/gwfThrivingIvory.  The gaming session will last for at least two hours.

Thriving Ivory join other Wind-up Records’ artists who have reached out to fans and gamers via the Xbox LIVE Marketplace.  Seether previously participated in Game with Fame, and has frequently offered content to the community via this avenue.  Finger Eleven were the first to present a long-form concert download gratis via Xbox LIVE.

Thriving Ivory continue to tour in support of their self-titled debut release on Wind-up Records.  The quintet just wrapped a two-month cross continent tour with Secondhand Serenade, and will be back on the road the remainder of the year.  The single “Angels on the Moon” is in the Top 40 at both Pop and Hot AC radio.  Thriving Ivory is on the verge of exploding, and have become one of the significant artist development stories of 2008 / 2009.   The quintet return to the U.S. following the current Canadian tour, and will be performing in:
